- 4+ years of professional experience preferably in technology, venture capital, or startup environments.
- A proven track record in marketing with demonstrated strengths in content marketing, event marketing, and media relations.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good English, both written and verbal.
- A goal-oriented and data-driven mindset.
- Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Thrive in an independent, unstructured environment and comfortably take the lead on initiatives and are used to presenting your own ideas and executing them.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute the marketing strategy for all daughter companies within the Thorgate group.
- Planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns within Estonia and foreign markets (leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns and events).
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, social posts, newsletter, videos, webinars, infographics, etc).
- Build and lead the marketing team and external partners network (copywriters, designers, media buying, PR agencies).
- Drive the growth and lead the digital presence.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance to adjust marketing activities.
- Support employer branding and internal communication activities.
